Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy

Elevatme.com Refund and Return Policy for Supplement Products:

Our aim is for our customers to be entirely satisfied with the purchase from Elevatme.com. If you are not satisfied with your supplement product, you may request a refund or return within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund or return.

To request a refund or return, please contact our customer service team by email (info@elevatme.com) or phone (+60102179076) with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your request. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened or used. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for products that are perishable or have a short shelf life. Customers are only entitled for refund in case of tear/damage of the contents.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note that we are not able to refund shipping and handling charges, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Order cancellation can be only made within 24 hours from the date of issuing the order. Be aware that the refund will exclude Bank transaction fees, based on the selected payment method.

In case of a product held by customs, refunds will be issued for the product cost only, excluding any associated shipping costs. This means that when you request a refund for a product purchased from us, you will be eligible to receive a reimbursement for the price paid for the item itself, but not for any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase or return process.

We reserve the right to deny any refund or return request if it does not meet the above conditions, or if we suspect the product has been tampered with in any way.

Note: It is important to check the expiry date of the product before purchasing and also it is not recommended to consume the supplement products after their expiry date.
